If there were an option lower than 1%, I would have chosen it. When staying at a Four Seasons property, one naturally expects a higher standard of professionalism and guest care. Unfortunately, during my stay, extensive maintenance work was carried out while guests were in-house, resulting in constant noise disturbance, as well as strong paint and thinner fumes throughout the property. What is most concerning is that no prior notice or warning was provided. This is particularly serious for guests who suffer from asthma, respiratory conditions, or other chronic health issues. The fumes caused me health-related discomfort and significantly impacted my stay. This level of disruption is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel operating under the Four Seasons name. I will be obtaining a medical report and submitting a formal complaint regarding this matter. A very disappointing experience.

Ahmed at the front office is the best!! Very helpful and friendly. Also breakfast staff are amazing.

I love this hotel. It’s perfect. This is my fourth time staying here and it’s spoiled me for other places. The staff are, without exception, the best I’ve ever come across. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so special. I love it here!

Breakfast is underwhelming

Great hotel, but very uncomfortable getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants. I asked for a 7-7:30 pm reservation at the Chinese one, but they only offered 11:00 pm (explained to them that I was waking up at 5:00 am the next day). Was impossible. After that, I asked for an Italian table, and I was told it was fully booked. I was not happy, and I spoke to the manager. They offer me at 7:00 as long as I leave at 8:15pm…. unbelievable. Finally, they say yes… worse: see the video at my arrival. When I left, 30% of the tables were empty (I did not visit the Chinese one), but I bet you had a few open tables. Maybe they have blocked tables in case a prince arrives. The rest, excellent

Spotless modern great staff

The housekeeping staff was excellent. But i lost a shwal in the lobby restaurant and i asked to see the camera footageand they refused to show it to me, saying that i walked out of the lobby with the shawl. I am pretty sure i did not. But we will never know. Also, the package deal for the room i was offered as part of a group was a lot more expensive than the prices on every booking website. I called the reservation team to tell them this. This has never happened to me in any hotel in the world. The group discount is always a bit lower

wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the room was comfortable and beautifully kept, and every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.
