極佳 The hotel is in a perfect spot, only a couple minutes walking distance from the town. All amenities are very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful

極佳 My family of 5 stayed in the Villa. It was immaculate, very nicely decorated and spacious with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. The food was also good with plenty of breakfast options. Our family would highly recommend staying at Venicia. We look forward to coming back!

極佳 Staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing, pool with a magnificent view, delis cocktails and the site was exactly as described. Location was perfect to view the seas and town and it takes minutes to walk into town.

The hotel room was infested with bugs. Spiders were crawling in our clothes we had on the bed and flying bugs gathered by every window, it was a nightmare and hard to sleep.

The biggest knock is the location. Sure, you get the amazing view but have fun walking up the hill from the town. Just be aware before you go the only way to get into town is walking, and if you're physically limited or exhausted from your previous destinations (like we were) this might not be the spot for you. All in all solid spot, but to management: the next time a guest is staying in one of your top suites please don't call them and wake them up for a repair man to come and do repairs on a chair. That was frankly ridiculous and for a resort of this caliber extremely unprofessional. Those tasks should be taken care of before someone stays in a suite like that, cmon folks!
