It was unlivable, there was water on the floor dirty sheets and roaches so we had to vacate the premises without checking in.

極佳 Rashid and Kelvin were the absolute best hosts! So nice I came back twice. Emerald Palm is the home away from home. Staff are warm and friendly and it's in a great location in Stone Town. Definitely recommend this hotel.
