The location is a bit out of the way but it’s a clean hotel and has a decent breakfast. It advertises an airport shuttle but this is not accurate.

The staff were very kind and courteous. But we were informed not have food in the room which was very surprising and never had such kind of rules stated to us in any of the places were we stayed. However the rooms were well kept and the staff were very generous.

Esta en una buena localidad, cerca de la estación de guaguas y puedes llegar al centro caminando, tiene internet.

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were not accommodating at all. My husband made a simple request for hot water and was turned away with a flat-out “no.” We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just a basic courtesy you’d expect from any hotel. This lack of hospitality really soured our experience. We won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others based on how poorly we were treated.

It’s a nice hotel to stay. Service is good. We only have a hard time lifting our baggage in the second floor. Overall this is a 4 star hotel.

Great location, quiet bit a stroll away from the cotiy centre and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Restaurant is very good and great pricing. Viands for tours can be ordered the night before, are generous and great value for money too.

Sobre evaluado por precio. Hotel 2 estrellas diria yo. Limpio y en buen estado pero nada lujoso, basico. Desayuno basico, solo harinas basicamente, alimentos no disponibles a menos que se soliciten con tiempo para poder tenerlos en la cena, de lo contrario no hay comida. Check out a las 10 am, cuando los hoteles tienen un check out a las 12. Asi que cobran 1 noche que no es ni 24 hrs.

Clean, the dinner price is very good and testing.
