First time at the Orchid House and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Fabiola and Luis were amazing. Fabiola is a great chef and is so genuinely kind and the fact that she is also a great cook is an absolute plus. Loved her chilaquiles and banana bread. Luis was also very kind and helpful. Will totally come back

Great location close to el centro and staff friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful property and rooms. Very centrally located near the centro of the town so that made it easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly from the front desk, concierge and the kitchen staff. Very comfortable bed, and the design of the rooms was top-notch

Everything perfect

Everything was wonderful, the room was super clean , the staff was very welcoming.

We stayed at Orchard House for 3 nights in June 2026. Roberto, Juan and Carlo were welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed, without being intrusive. The property is beautiful and well kept with an inner courtyard, old trees, a fountain and outdoor tables. We stayed in a master king suite which opened onto the courtyard. The suite had everything we needed, including a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the large fluffy bath towels and robes in the bathroom. The suite has an air conditioning unit as well as an overhead fan; the fan was all we needed during our stay. We opted for the continental breakfast which was sufficient for us, with tea or coffee ,a fresh fruit plate, granola and yogurt and a slice of homemade banana bread. There is a choice of full breakfast items if you prefer to pay for that. Orchid House is in a quiet location just two easy blocks from the historic center. We highly recommend a stay in Orchid House and it is definitely our choice if we return to San Miguel de Allende.

Friendly staff , made our stay truly pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good hot selection and fresh fruit. Convenient location with easy access to the Parroquia. Overall, a wonderful stay; highly recommended.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was tasty and healthy-Fabiola the cook was wonderful. The room was clean, well appointed and very sizable. AC & fan worked well.
