Wonderful staff

The room was extremely clean and smells clean , the ac work well, the staff were very friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely stay here again also a couple blocks from centro historic and cathedral.

The customer service we got was one of the best ever experienced, the whole staff made this stay way above expectations. Warm, sincere and real human interactions from the start.

This place is magical! Only six rooms and a total staff of seven make this hotel intimate and personal. Beautifully remodeled old building two blocks from the main square. The decor is amazing and there are peaceful courtyards and gardens in which to relax. The two on-site managers, Juan and Carlos, are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The best part, however, is the breakfast chef, Fabriola. Be sure to order one of her fabulous breakfasts from the menu, a five-star experience at a bargain price!

It’s a beautiful property and the staff was extremely helpful.

This is the perfectly located hotel, that feels like someone’s beautiful home. The rooms look out onto a center courtyard and is very safe with code to get in after hours. The staff are very friendly and Carlos and Juan could not have been more helpful. Freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit with my Nespresso started the day perfectly. My only suggestion would be more lamps in the room for warmer lighting than the overhead lights.

Room was spotless. The staff, especially Juan was fabulous.

Beautiful hotel

The rooms are very nice and very clean. It’s a small hotel in the heart of this small city. Service was wonderful. Will stay again.
