Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!

Clean and well equipped. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment. The spa was clean and spacious on the 7th floor. Great 4 star hotel.

The hotel says it has air conditioning but it switches to heating only from
23 rd October. It was still in the 23 outside and so sweltering in our room so we had to
Sleep with the windows open which meant awful street noise. I asked if I could leave after the first night but was told I wouldn’t be refunded. So a very bad weekend of sleep !

Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the main shopping boulevard and many restaurants and bars one way, and the beach the other way. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and well equipped
