While the hotel had some positive aspects, the towels were in very poor condition. They were torn, gray, and extremely worn and thin. The hotel should consider investing in new towels, as this would greatly improve the guest experience and reflect better on the property's overall standards.The breakfast buffet was very basic and offered limited variety. The same items were served repeatedly, making it less appealing for guests staying more than a week or two.

I had a fantastic stay at Hayasa Hotel Yerevan. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and perfectly located close to the center, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well equipped, which made my stay very relaxing.
What truly stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived.
Everything from the cleanliness to the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hayasa Hotel Yerevan to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is perfect location wise, rooms are super clean, all the staff are super nice, polite and friendly. The breakfast is perfect & yummy… In general its 10 over 10 😍 must visit ❤️

Amazing experience!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated near the town centre, you can walk into town within 15 mins. The amenities were great. We loved the concierges they all helped and were such a welcoming presence. Definitely recommend!!!
