This is an older property and is good value for money. They have a few amenities that make it memorable - like a thermal pool and thermal water in the bathroom. It is based in a decent location within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The language barrier could be a problem as they do not have an English speaker. We pointed out some issues and they were very helpful in fixing it immediately. I needed to do laundry and the lady was very kind and even hung it out for me as we went out for the day.

Excellent hotel with a thermal pool and private thermal bath in the room! The owner is so nice he let us borrow a phone charger and even drove us around.

It is clean and quite. The guy in the reception was so helpful.

Large clean flat. Helpful owners. Good base to see Pamukkale and Hierapolis, as well as other sites and nearby countryside.

Unique experience to stay in a thermal hotel close to Pumakkale without Pumakkale marked up prices. Staff were very accommodating and offered to help whenever needed. Highly recommended!
