El personal en la propiedad súper amables pero las instalaciones son malas , los cuartos no cuentan con unidades de aire acondicionado, no tienen televisor y la limpieza muy mala , instalaciones súper antiguas

Súper fresh! 100% Recommended, el lugar es mágico. El staff del hotel es excelente, la comida riquísima. El silencio y la paz que se siente allí es ideal para descansar y desconectarse

This hotel is rated three stars but it is pretty basic. The room is barely 10x10. We stayed 2 days. Pros were the staff, Sandra was wonderful, and our balcony and room view of the lake. What was unexpected was: the bed was basic, not great for my back, and we were only given 2 pillows, a sheet and a simple blanket. There was no air conditioning, only a standing fan, the shower was rudimentary, and only one small table and a combo hanger/shelf. Breakfast was simple, and as with a lot of hotels, egg heavy. Lastly the walk down to the room would be tricky for persons with ability issues. But if you're ok with these basics then this is a safe option.

as always the concierge sandra was amazing! helped us out with making plans. the room was great!

We had an amazing time!

The room had a great view and was clean. It has a nice cozy home feeling combined with a good view. The girl at the front desk was very welcoming with a beautiful smile and made an effort explaining what is available. Breakfast, taxi service, etc. Its a beautiful hotel with a nice walk down to the village.

Mi esposo y yo pasamos un buen tiempo en el hotel La Madriguera. Todo el personal ens muy respetuoso, responsable y súper amable. La localización de el hotel La Madriguera es perfecto para nosotros, pues está en el pueblo de Guatapé, cerca de todo, pero sin ruido, donde los paisajes que rodean La Madriguera invitan a la calma y relajación. Definitivamente regresamos al hotel La Madriguera.

Great view from room of the rock. Easy transport to rock by motocab. So worth it to stay overnight and go up the rock before the crowds. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Good breakfast and on site restaurant. Easy walk into town. Room cozy/rustic with bed a double. Bring your own shampoo, hair dryer and hand towel. If needed.

Cool bathtub on balcony

Very clean and wonderful staff. I would have give all areas 5 stars but the hot water did not always work and the walls were very thin, so you could hear the neighbors very easily. Other than that it was great!
