Room was spacious and the hotel location was perfect.

Excellent hotel and staff, professional and friendly. Highly recommend the breakfast, it is really good… and the location is perfect for long walks.

Fantastic location

Hotel Haven was a great place to stay in Helsinki. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. One day when we gad to go out at 6:30 am, they suggested puttingbtogether a take-away breakfast for us. I realize that if you ask, many hotels will do this. I was impressed that I didn't have to ask. The buffet breakfast was amazing. There was a ginger shot to start your day. A honeycomb dripped its honey into little bowls. Great bread. Eggs, porridge. Herring three ways. Gravlax. Hot snd vold vegetables. Turkish yogurt. Chia pudding. Fresh fruit salad and sliced fruit. Cereals. Pastries...even candy. And the coffee was perfect, very strong, but not bitter. If you prefer espresso or cappuccino, there is a machine where you can make your own. Our room was good and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall shower which was nice. Our only complaint about the room was that there was almost no closet space. We couldn't unpack at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast unmatched.

Pros: Large bathroom, minibar, Byredo products Cons: Shower door is not wide enough to contain shower water, WiFi was abysmal. Overall felt more like a 4 star than a 5 star
