It's a bit far from the Lyon main city center. Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie metro station

The hosts at ibis Lyon Carre de Soie are exceptionally cordial and supportive. The rooms are meticulously cleaned daily by a courteous team. The lobby is welcoming, offering coffee, wine, and amenities for comfort.

Room size was excellent, and staff was very helpful.

Great position to access public transport into the city.

Took over an hour to check us in at 1am. Lack of communication between hotels.com and the property needs to improve.

This is a solid place to stay. Decent sized room, breakfast is good and the location is convenient to a metro stop that goes all over. Only compliant is the towels (tiny and thin) and the pillows (also a bit thin).

The room was excellent, just enough room for 3 people and all our stuff without us being too cramped. We only used the room for sleeping, so it was perfect. The shower was much larger than expected and much appreciated! Everything was very clean, and staff was helpful and friendly.
