It was okay

Awesome staff and clean property. Short walk to bus stop. Gym could use some renovation. Water dispenser didn’t work and gym was very hot. No ac. Website said on-site laundry facilities which wasn’t entirely accurate. They had a service that would take your clothes and launder them offsite. Overall clean comfortable rooms. Would book again.

June 6th was a lovely place to stay while we visited Salzburg. We picked it because it seemed like a clean, comfortable hotel which was close to the Hauptbanhoff. And it absolutely serves those purposes. The staff, however, was so helpful and enjoyable as well and we weren't really expecting that. Also, as packing light is my vibe I especially appreciated the hotel blow dryer with a concentrator ...that amenity won me over :)

Clean, convenient to train station and a nice walk into old town. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The check-in was easy and we arrived in the room we were impressed that the rooms were of a nice good size. The shower with the glass doors were wonderful and the water pressure was fantastic. The shampoo and conditioner and soap products for also very very good. That said, the maintenance of the rooms was underwhelming. For example there were lights falling out beside the bed by their wires, lights without the covers on them (the globe) and wobbly and broken bedside tables. There's also no shower cap or q-tips or sewing kit or simple amenities that you find it other hotels at this level. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

If you don’t mind a 20 minute walk, it’s easy to grit to the old city from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Facility was very nice, room was clean. There is a beautiful rooftop patio were we spent lots of time. Overall our stay was great!

Amazing Hotel staff, nice people. Clean room and spacious. Amenities were great. The location is walking distance for the main must go places in Salzburg. Love it here and will come back again

Great location, staff, rooms and easy parking. Highly recommend, great access to walking / running paths into the city center
