Very amazing property everything clean and modern

Everything went very smoothly and the room location was excellent

Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!

The property is well maintained and great for travelers. We had an issue with our room that the host resolved well, and their communication was prompt. We liked that we had access to speak to people, but we were otherwise autonomous. I appreciated the laundry available, and the location is beyond perfect. The space isn’t necessarily great for someone who wants to stay indoors for long periods as it is small, but NYC is not a place to visit if you want to remain inside.

Automated check in and check out was smooth. Apartment was surprisingly large given the central location. Couple of areas for development: the bathtub was uncomfortable due to being too long with all sides too vertical. There is not enough clothes storage. There is nowhere to leave bags before or after the stay.

Great room and very clean. Easy check in.

There's no kitchen, but there is a microwave, good size refrigerator/freezer, paper towels, assorted teas, paper cups. I think the room is ideal for a solo traveler such as myself. I would stay here again.
