Just a couple minute walk to beautiful Sunset Beach, or a couple minute walk to many shops and restaurants. The place is well furnished, and has a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach blankets. The unit had its own parking garage.

I would highly recommend 447 Canal Street. It was beautiful, clean, updated and comfortable. There were a lot of stairs so consider that when planning your trip. Love that it has its own pool. All the dishes and pots/pans/utensils were new and desirable for use. We will be returning!

Excellent location , minute walk to local bars and supermarket. Right across from beautiful siesta key beach.

We loved the property. Access to multiple hot tubs, laundry, individual units. Loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler for our stay. We didn’t even need shoes-walked right across the street to the beach. Everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful time-perfect location to beach and village. Was nice to come back to a very comfortable and relaxing home. Definitely recommend-5 stars!

Location, location, location! Walked down the street everyday for restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you need and a private yard on the water. Felt like we were at home.

Rooms were nice and clean. Cozy Cottage is a very nice and quaint place to stay. I would most definitely recommend it for others. They had a nice wagon for the beach to take our beach chairs, umbrella, etc. They even furnished a small cooler for us. May need a new umbrella though. We were just a couples minutes walk to the beach. Easy walk to Siesta Village.

Clean and everything we needed was there! Great location! Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Very accommodating!
