The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping.

We loved the view from our room. Your staff could not have been more nice or efficient with any request we had. The room service meal was outstanding. We hope to one day return to this property for another adventure in Tokyo.

One of the top 3 hotels in Tokyo or in Japan in my opinion. Friendly and attentive staff as soon as I arrived, room was clean and comfortable. I also like the equipments in the gym with barbells and rack. I can do a quick workout and chill in the sauna or the pool after. Food in the restaurant was excellent, I had the complementary breakfast, both quality and quantity were so good that I didn’t even need to each lunch afterwards. Highly recommended if you have a chance to book a visit to there.
