No entry, as automated gate has no intercom, can't get to reception to check in, hopeless, carparking in shingle yard with no designated bays allows for illogical parking that cannot accommodate patrons or movement in or out...check in was greeted with an erray of conditions and form filling, 2 types of id, bonds ( considering it's prepaid and we are return customers of many visits) checkout was an abrasive experience, unlike our previous visits to Solsen, we are deeply dissatisfied

The only problem we faced were every door has a fire alram door with green and we thought we couldnt get access

The only thing I would say was a challenge was trying to get a hold of the staff to be let in the front gate to check in. Other than that everything was awesome. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I was impressed.

Really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this property. Check in was easy and straightforward. The room itself was spacious and well kept. Access to the property was easy and in a good location. Could not find any fault and will definitely return

Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. Worst of all was having one card to open doors and turn on power in the room. If one of you goes out and takes the card the person left in the room has no power, ridiculous! I’m not hopeful for this review making any changes, the replies to reviews seem to be the same whether review good or bad
