Very modern looking like a club. We stayed at a 2 queen beds family room. Room is big, but odd layout. Shower is big but just a single small sink with barely any table space. The in-room water dispenser is a nice surprise, however there is no ice. Everything seems to be clean and not old.Fridge is supet tiny, it can only fit 3 bottles of water nothing else. It is more like a wine cooler.
Nice chocolate gift Bed is firm. AC works but these time to adjust. They did provided a fan. Central laundry room is free to use foe wash and dry.clothes and iron at the laundry room. Overall a very nice hotel at the shopping strip but pricey.

很好 Exceptional staff who go above and beyond. The hotel is very clean, and the location gives you access to everything. The beds are quite comfortable. I agree with others that the rooms are on the smaller side which are accurately reflected in the pics when you select your room during booking.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we were welcomed back.
The room was smaller than we had anticipated but it did meet our needs although having a table and chairs but no space for it seemed confusing.
Really nice atmosphere and staff were helpful as always.

This hotel is really well located. We were in town for a wedding and everything was walking distance. The hotel staff are really helpful and the food in the cafe is solid after a long flight. The rooms are small but manageable, we managed with three suitcases. The one thing that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms. I found it wasn't cleaned thoroughly enough, the bathrooms weren't swepted or vacuumed regularly etc. I also didn't love that you had to pay extra for the toothbrushes, combs and toothpaste. Otherwise, good hotel

I loved staying at this hotel it was in the perfect location to everything. The staff were amazing. They have a laundry room that was simple and easy to figure out. They have a scale for luggage that was nice. The food area was amazing, the staff the food the cleanliness of the hotel. I was so impressed every day.
