We loved the accommodation, amenities, close proximity to Metro rail transit, courteous and helpful staff.

I stayed here for easy access to the Madrid tennis. Great location, a short walk to the Metro. High spec room. Excellent facilities.

Everything about this place was perfect

The staff were professional and helpful. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and still decorated for Christmas. Our room was also warm with no temperature control. The ceiling fan did not work the 2nd night. Drain in the shower was blocked and shower water backed up into the apartment. Pool was closed for repairs.

Everything was fine except the bed , not comfortable at all the dusty wardrobe and the clothesline apart from that everything was fine

Reception was nice and warm wellcome

We took duplex room, with one bed room upstairs. But there was no way to access tge room. The remote control to pull the blinds up to get access to the stair case was missing. So, that route is closed. The elevator, only one person or one bag can be sent each time. It's scary to operate the elevator. Elevator door did not open and my friends wife got stuck and the door would not open. The reception desk guy doesn't know English, so communication even in Emergency is a nightmare. She was stuck in the elevator for more than an hour and had a traumatic experience. We all missed the breakfast because of this delay as we have to catch the tour bus. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy public transportation and good super market near by, very convenient.
