We went and booked another hotel for experience but we had to return to Novotel because not many Hotel in YGN is clean. Especially we were traveling with 7 months old. Ma Htike from reservation was very helpful with all the adjustments we made. One of the best in Myanmar.

I loved the breakfasts and the friendly staff, especially the willingness of the cleaning staff to accommodate everything I needed. I like that there are many dining options. My only wish was that there should have been a brochure of a sort informing guests of all the stores/restaurants downstairs. Be sure to see me again next trip!
