Amazing. Staff are very helpful.

Great hotel, clean, quiet.

The room was in a good, clean condition however I was put into an adjoining room. Yes the door was locked, however when the gentleman came in at around 10.00 p.m. I thought he was actually in my room as the sound of his voice carried through. Not only that, every time he went to the bathroom, I could literally hear everything! He may as well have been in my room

Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since.

Very nice accomodation, clean and friendly staff

Room didn't have a phone to call downstairs so every time we needed something we had to go down to get it or ask. Coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod in it so I couldnt drink coffee my whole stay. Bathroom tissue holder was hand knitted and when I grabbed the toilet paper out of the holder silver fish bugs came out! Not the best location hotel either, taxi was $40 in any direction to get to the action. Only plus was the restaurant. Staff were super friendly music was awesome and you can sit inside or out and we didn't feel rushed.
