Location was terrific!!

What a wonderful accommodation right in the center of old town. Very near restaurants and the important sites. Milos was amazing and arranged for a transport from the airport. We are going back next week!!!

The room was dirty, there was a layer of dust so think on the mini fridge (that didn’t work) you could draw in it. The window was off its hinge, the outlet in the bathroom was broken as well as the toilet seat and the hair dryer didn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE They refused to refund me the second night so I had to stay there. They did offer to come in the morning of my checkout to clean and fix things… I got that email after 7pm my last night there.

Great property but beware that there are MANY stairs to go there. The property manager was kind enough to have someone bring our luggage to the room for a fee of €10 per luggage payable to the person carrying the luggage.

Wow what an amazing location!! Right in the centre of old town with everything outside the front door! 1 tiny downside - late night music from the bars downstairs but we were out till late and it only bothered us the first night that we went to bed early and were tired. But to be honest it was not a show stopper. Gorgeous little studio apartment for me and my friend. Had everything we needed! We would 100% stay here again for our next visit to Dubrovnik!

The only thing was in the old city, unfortunately we couldn’t bring our car. We had to get parking somewhere and walked 40 mins and still have to carry our luggage up.

This room was perfect for us. We only wish we had booked it for our entire stay. The room is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, so it never felt cramped. We loved having a couch to relax on after spending the day exploring the town. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided, which was a bit disappointing. The room is located above a busy restaurant, but it didn't bother us since we use earplugs. However, if you're a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, this may not be the best choice for you.

Lovely, clean and cosy central property in easy reach of all the tourist attractions and restaurants. Would recommend.

The proximity to the old city is great!

The apartment was great, clean, well maintained, in a great location. The in-apartment amenities though could've been more practical. For instance, there was no place in the bathroom for toiletries. There wasn't a paper roll holder either. These small things could make a huge difference to comfort and convenience.
