My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at Maison Proust last week and it was a great experience. The entire hotel including the rooms and the common areas were extremely clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple though delicious and the coffee was great. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and the lobby area including the round library are designed with great taste. We got to have the spa reserved for the two of us for an hour.
What we liked most was utmost coordination among the staff members, they were super nice and friendly and extremely helpful. We were trying to find tickets to a performance at Palais Garnier and they were able to get us two great seats even though in general it is not easy to do this without reservation made well ahead of time.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Temple and République stations.

This small and lovely hotel is perfectly located in the Marais, close to bistros and shops. The staff is very friendly. The underground pool and steam bath are a wonderful way to relax in a beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are on the small size but this is Paris!

What a beautiful property - I stayed here for fashion week and absolutely adored every part of it. Make sure you book the spa for a private hour - amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was small but well appointed. The staff were very friendly. The lounge and bar are very luxurious. The location is excellent.

Wonderful stay. Staff absolutely wonderful. Bar very nice. Decor outstanding.
Areas for improvement
1. Breakfast (breads ans croissants were not great, coffee ans juices could be better) not great for a hotel of this standing
2. Bathrooms. Fake marble and no towel racks or railings.
3. Not sure there was a gym.

Charming, subdued property on the north end of Marais. On the pricey side, but the staff was very professional and made us feel welcome.
