Clean and big room. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Kitchen/untensils/refridgerator and microwave were really helpful and convenient. Good communication with staff via messaging. Thank you for a great stay!

Some positives: AC was great, they had spectrum tv, VONS was close by, bed was comfortable. the halls were very hot to go to my room, but other than that it was a good stay.

The keyless entry was simple. The parking card was great. the staff were responsive and accommodating. I look forward to going back.

Room was good. no private parking 🅿️. We left a car on the street (free from 6 pm to 9 am). Only 2 sets of towels for party of 4. Their rooms on the 2 nd and 3 rd floors with No elevator.

We only stayed one night but it was really fun to stay in a historical building. Really, really quirky and comfy combined!! Great location.

The property has probably seen better days. Worn drapes, rusted light fixtures in the bathroom, peeling paint. Clean overall, plenty of coffee for the coffee maker, nice air conditioner. We didn’t realize the property was not manned, made a phone call and all was rectified in minutes. We decided if the price is right, we would stay here again but we are easy to please. If you want fancy or luxury then this is not for you. If you want a good price for a decent night it will work. No lift, only stairs FYI.

The hotel was conveniently located in downtown Long Beach with shopping near by. The room was decent but plumbing lost. Bathroom was not very clean with visible mold. Due to old plumbing, toilet smelled. Travelocity communication about key pad and how to get in was late. Also I received in my spam. Had to stand outside of door to contact someone at the Hotel. Just thought things were not as professionally done as it should have been. In the future, I don't think I will use Travelocity to make another travel package again. But as the saying goes, you pay for what you get. I will pay more for a better deal next time.

Parking was difficult. The room was not very clean. No staff working. Would not recommend.
