Large room for Europe, but no air conditioning was really a shame in 35+ degree heatwave. Not specifically their fault but if you have no AC, you should at least have a fan available for each room. Advertised as a 5 star hotel but really not of that quality.

Excellent location and easy parking.
Rooms well equipped but in need of some TLC
Breakfast was delicious.
Overall a very nice hotel.

不錯 Room was fine but extremely warm. The walls were dirty and there were no fans available and no other cooling available during our stay so not a great choice during the summer

The hotel staff and amenities are great, we found the hotel by accident and now only ever stay there when in Eastbourne.

很好獨自入住
Lovely clean room and bathroom. Housekeeping good. All staff were nice.
And of course a lovely position and close to all my needs. Two very minor things ,the water does not stay in the sink and as others have mentioned the folder of events is 2025 and needs attention.

Convenient location, rooms with semi sea view. Rooms a bit hot but portable air-conditioning was provided. Discounted parking near the hotel £2.5

A wonderful surprise, from the historical lift to the beautiful view from our the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, Eastbourne was lovely. We had a very nice visit.
