Excellent staff. Access to property is difficult but location compensates for it. Pl leave early if you have a flight to catch as you may get stuck in school traffic near the property.

Property was not matching as per expectations and like other tree of life property. There was no refrigerator in room even after multiple requests that too for mountain side expensive room. Old tv, no toiletries on room cleaning, breakfast was not upto the mark even we didn't have a breakfast coz of sime tiff with staff members. Hospitality needs to be improved and property needs some real upgrades.

In residential area up the hill. Premium room that we booked looked better in advertising photos but not in person.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel's lookout point has a beautiful view, the staff is great at communication (especially Ashish who upgraded us to a premium room) and the rooms were clean and spacious. Recommend if you want a place near the mall road without the hustle and bustle in a quiet environment.

Wonderful stay for a family of 4. Spacious accommodation with helpful staff, always eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
