A little tired but great location

We appreciated the location, the staff and the food

The staff were nice, the room was clean and tidy but the walls are thin (we could hear the people in the next room showering, talking, etc) and the room was quite tired-looking (stained chairs, curtain a bit loose and didn’t quite cover the window, walls and floors looked like they wanted an update), definitely didn’t look as good as it did in the photos. Very convenient to town, so that was a plus.

An improvement on the last time we stayed. Great room, really comfortable bed.

3 night stay to snowboard Mt Hutt. Room was ample for family of 4. Drying room needs more heaters as only clothes closest to the 1 heater get dry. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Was a good stay just guests were loud children’s screaming at 5am and till 9pm running up and down the halls

Room very tired. It was clean but it needed refurbishing. Beds and linen good but an extra blanket would have been appreciated. No electric blankets. Parking good. Did not have the breakfast. Staff very pleasant.

Staff: very excellent, room: very cleaned. Parking: awesome 👌. I didn't have breakfast there. I am quite happy with everything. I will come back again.

We stayed here for one night. Found the place clean, but in need of a bit of maintenance. It def needs upgrading. Why I rated it so low, was that there was no hot water in the shower. We complained to a man at the counter that night and he didnt really seem to care or give a proper reason and just said its probably cos others have had a shower at the same time and to try again later and in the morning. We tried again later and in the morning and there was still no hot water. The room we had (room 18) was also right next to the stairs. It was me and my small son who goes to sleep early, and all day and late evening we heard people running up and down the stairs constantly. We did ask to change rooms, but unfortunately no rooms available. So suggestion if staying with small kids to ask to not be in room 18. Otherwise lady at reception was nice and offered breakfast as we were leaving for compensation for having no hot water. We unfortunately were leaving so didnt take up the offer.
