Good location. Unfortunately, the room was not getting room made up and coffee replaced even with the Please Make Up on the door. Marketed with breakfast included, the kitchen was only open on one of the three nights stay, and I had to pay extra to get a Latte instead of Americano

I had no instructions on how to get in. There was no staff. Says first floor but 36 stairs to the rooms no lift with luggage is tough. No fridge in room. Across the street from a church converted into a pub where people were yelling constantly until 4 am. And parking garage was almost a mile away at 24 pounds a night. No fan or any type of air circulation in the room.

Good location and very good facility. Unfortunately, we had very noisy neighbours so didn’t enjoy our stay as much as we should have.

Perfect little hotel in the heart of Aberdeen. Easy to access, nice and clean & comfortable. Will definitely stay again

No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel.

Very comfortable rooms for the four of us. We definitely enjoyed the area with restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs has a super breakfast. Parking was nearby at the park so an easy stroll away.

Small room but clean and comfortable fine for 1 night away
