Room was wonderfully clean but quite small. View outside our window was of a deteriorating brick wall with missing bricks and mortar and pigeons making homes there. Very dismal. Kept the drapes closed to improve the view. Did not try the breakfast or bar.

Overall this hotel was mediocre at best. The female receptionist was not helpful or friendly. The valet service wasn’t transparent about where my vehicle was going to be parked. When walking around town I saw my car parked in a public lot that was not secured. We I brought it up to the valet staff they were defensive and not apologetic regarding my concerns. Room was not serviced daily as advertised and when it was brought to their attention they seemed dismissive and tried to blame us saying we probably had our do not disturb sign up. Pros to the hotel are location to Petco Park. Roof top bar and pool were good. The staff working the roof top bar were friendly and attentive.

In the heart of the night life. Great place to stay if you want to experience the bars and downtown vibe. Once in my room I could not hear any of the night life noise or hustle and bustle. Very close to Petco Park (ballpark) - walkable. Very close to the convention center - walkable. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay, right on 5th Ave…heart of Gaslamp District. Rooms are very nice, comfortable and well appointed. Have stayed here numerous times! Definitely recommend this place when visiting the area!

The staff and bartender Dane and cocktail waitress were wonderful on the roof top

Tiny room but location is good

Look no further. This is the place to book. This hotel is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, bars. It's clean and staff was so helpful and pleasant. This trip was a girls trip so safety was important. We felt safe in and around the hotel. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.
