It was an excellent experience

We have stayed in the Intercontinental Tashkent Hotel before. Like last time, we had an amazing experience. The staff wad absolutely exceptional. For example, the reception staff Rasul and Mahmoud where truly outstanding. They were very competent, very professional, and very helpful. Every remember of the reception staff and the concierge staff we interacted with was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff was also truly outstanding. For example, Anuar was absolutely amazing in providing us professional and truly outstanding service. Everymember of the breakfast staff we interacted with was superb. The hotel location is absolutely great. The hotel staff spoiled us with their exceptional service. We are very grateful. The hotel and the staff deserve the highest rating and highest recommendation.

Great people and services

Returning to Tashkent after many years was an emotional journey filled with childhood memories, and choosing the InterContinental Tashkent made the experience even more special. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed me, opened the taxi door, and always offered assistance with luggage. Those small touches made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and elegant. My room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. I especially loved the heated bathroom floors, which added an extra level of comfort. The shower was excellent, the bed was firm and comfortable, and the high-quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. Fresh water and coffee were replenished daily, and housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout my 9-night stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights. The buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options, with something for every taste. What stood out most was the staff's attention to detail. After just a few days, they remembered my tea preference and greeted me with, "Would you like your usual tea?" Such a simple gesture made me feel at home. A special thank you to Dilobar for her delicious cottage cheese pancakes, which became my favorite breakfast treat. If breakfast was included in your room rate, the $22 cost is absolutely worth it. The quality, variety, and service are exceptional InterContinental Tashkent is must stay.

New hotel with high end decor throughout. The pool and locker room facilities (sauna and steam room) were very nice. The restaurant No Mad had a great selection for breakfast and we enjoyed a nice dinner there as well. The vibe at the Ember bar and restaurant at the top is not for everyone. Tends to run toward business guys and young women, tech music.

New hotel, well maintained, great staff and atmosphere. Spa was amazing as well with the staff from Bali. Food is really good as well and music program at the roof bar was fantastic. Absolutely loved the hotel and my experience there.

The hospitality was top notch. Concierge staff were very welcoming and helped plan our day's itinerary. The quality of in-room dining was great too.

This was a truly 5 star experience. The staff, the room the breakfast-all excellent!!

Very nice breakfast spread, and the staff were all very friendly. The room bathroom floors were also heated, quite a plesasnt surprise.

Clean nice hotel, but wasn't totally intercontinental standards. Hard to get enough towels and pillows. Minor things in a gorgeous hotel, but overall a great stay.
