Great hotel in a great location with extremely helpful staff. Would highly recommend staying here for any visit to Krakow.

Modern clean hotel, friendly staff, great location

Very nicely decorated in the style the hotel story told of its history. Rooms are a good size and don’t suffer from extraneous noises from neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. Staff are all very friendly and helpful willing to go the extra mile to cater for their guests.The hotel’s position is good not right in the old town but only a short pleasant walk to the main square. Evening there’s low key lounge jazz a la Ella Fitzgerald which suits the vibe well. Overall a lovely hotel where you don’t feel that it’s just part of a chain. It has its own individuality

Great Hotel located in a very prime location for walking to all the sites that we wanted to visit. They need to replace their hairdryers … we were told ALL the handles are broken. It would be nice to have slippers and robes like other hotels of the same caliber provide.

Nice employees, well kept and quite hotel, comfortable bed.

Good location and great shower

I have staied at a Tribute hotel in the past and enjoy the botique experience. My room was the best of the five hotels that I had booked during my 5 city tour of Europe. The restaraunt was OK, but nto many people were there. It did have a nice decor, however, and the bar did have my favorite Vodka.

Didn’t have breakfast. Would like more coffee in the room but otherwise lovely stay in a modern centrally located hotel. Lovely friendly helpful staff, particularly Mat and Alicia. Thank you

Beautiful small hotel tucked away but within walking distance to the old town. Staff were very helpful, room was beautiful with all amenities
