Just a bit old place and required good TLC. Swimming pool is not heated as per hotel description. Good location and clean but was not smelling nice. House keeping once a week. Staff very friendly and very helpful. It ok for night but not for longer stay

The iron wasn’t any good and I had to ask several times to get it replaced. The replacement wasn’t any good either and I ended up wrecking two business shirts! I expected more from a big hotel group. The room wasn’t that clean as dust was around the skirting and the bathroom didn’t look clean. The kitchen surface hadn’t been wiped and there was rubbish in one of the bins

This Mantra is a bit of a let down for the brand name and the building and rooms desperately need refurbishing.
There were large holes in the ceiling, and the room was had a strong smell of detergent.
