低於平均 When we arrived there was no parking (i was sure this was booked when booking was made) both toilets did not work. Maintenance came and repaired one semi, it leaked on the bathroom floor constantly. the exhaust fan was hanging out of the roof. There was rubbish on the balcony.
I asked for a new room or discount and was offered a small discount which i still have not seen 4 days later??

Just a bit old place and required good TLC. Swimming pool is not heated as per hotel description. Good location and clean but was not smelling nice. House keeping once a week. Staff very friendly and very helpful. It ok for night but not for longer stay

The iron wasn’t any good and I had to ask several times to get it replaced. The replacement wasn’t any good either and I ended up wrecking two business shirts! I expected more from a big hotel group. The room wasn’t that clean as dust was around the skirting and the bathroom didn’t look clean. The kitchen surface hadn’t been wiped and there was rubbish in one of the bins
