We were given an upgrade to a suite as it was our wedding anniversary, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. The suite was huge and beautiful, with a balcony giving fabulous views across the city.

When we checked in, we were specifically told that the breakfast and health club/spa was included in our stay. When I received our bill, I was charged over $300 US for breakfast for 3 people.
Also, we asked for a ride to the airport and that cost us over $400 US. This is unacceptable and criminal.
