Gave me wrong room on first night yet still charged for superior room / high floor even though had standard room on 2nd floor. Restaurant forgot my order 2 nights in row even though they weren’t busy.

While the location may be convenient, the rooms are incredibly cramped and do not offer value for the price. More concerning is the noticeable moldy odor coming from the beds and linens, which made for an uncomfortable and unsettling stay

The room was tiny and somewhat dingy. The food was just average. Location is bad (not their fault - due to ongoing road works). The front Office staff were friendly and helpful, though.

極佳 Small but clean room. Hot water for shower with good water pressure. Excellent service at reception, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Breakfast was buffet and they also made customised dosas and omelettes on demand. They offered 1 pm checkout for free and had amenities on hand, including a comb. Very happy with the stay.

Price is good considering the prices at other hotels. Hotel is fine but limited. Electricity outages last 10 seconds but are fairly frequent. Breakfast is mediocre. Room is small but actually fine and clean. Personnel are polite and helpful. Area around is not that great. Not terrible. Just used to the traffic!
