There was booming thumping music happening and children/people screaming running up and down the corridors so I could not sleep, when I spoke to reception they kept on saying I need to speak to the manager then they disappeared not to come back. When I did speak to some one that seem to be in charge they said it was the last song, which It was not! I had explained I had a 16hr work day ahead of me the following day so I really need to get some sleep.... children/people screaming and running in the corridors continued. In the morning the breakfast area was fairly quiet although all the tables had old dishes and were dirty, I had to ask one of the 3 staff standing around if one could be cleared.... The breakfast was a fair spread but the hot food was not hot but cold, whatever was stated as orange juice came out as orange cordial and the apple juice was so watered down you could barley describe it as apple juice! I do not like writing reviews like this, but I feel this was unacceptable.

Everything was clean and tidy, amenities was superb especially pool, saunas

Very disappointed with our stay. Pool access limited for children. Had booked the hotel as a treat for my 13 year old daughter and myself to have some chill time after a few tough weeks. Checked in at 6 to find out she wasn't allowed in the pool. On the booking sight doesn't state any timings only that under 16s to be with an adult. Rang down to reception and they did allow us 15 mins which I do appreciate but not really great when you have a daughter who loves swimming. There was a wedding reception on at the time so car park was rammed, we popped out to get food and I was worried about being able to park again as I had already paid for parking and on leaving there were aload more cars arriving. When we did get back a member of staff showed me back to the underground car park which had been shut off as full, and told me to find a space, I already knew there wouldnt be one so just had to abandon car on side of car park not in a bay, and pray I dont get a ticket. I did mention this to reception. Unfortunately our room was situated directly above the function room and even being on the 4th floor our room was vibrating from the music and just impossible to sleep, I rang and asked how long it would go on for. Member of staff said midnight, muttered something else, kinda chuckled and said don't worry about it. If I wanted a noisey room. I would have stayed Central london. Completely ruined our experience.again we couldn't swim in morning before 10am, was leaving 10.30

Clean, comfortable room. Unable to use pool due to the limited time we were there. Also didn't use the restaurant or cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms were quiet despite being on the flightpath. Loads of lifts! Air con in room was good, able to easily change the temperature. The fridge in our room wasn't cold/cool. Luckily we didn't need to use it. Extra milk pots would have been good for the tea/coffee facilities in room.

The hotel is clean ,, cleaner staff is excellent,, the pool is very good ,, reception staff not really welcoming guest,,,, breakfast need improvement,, same thing everyday,,, the restaurant for breakfast not really clean well,, even the cup and the spoon not clean well,, the cafe staff also need training about customer service ,,,I only like the room ,the pool and location,,,

Lovely stay at the Atrium, efficient and friendly staff. Room very nice.

Comfortable very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast very very busy and difficult if on your own as your table may be cleared whilst you go to the buffet.

The only reason to stay at the hotel is because one needs to be close to the airport. From that perspective the hotel works well. The Hatton Cross tube (subway) station is literally just across the road. The cost of a taxi or Uber to the airport terminals would be unattractively high: one might as well pay a bit more and stay at a hotel with a free shuttle to the terminals. But if one can manage to walk with baggage, then the tube is an OK option. The check-in process was quick and easy. The bedroom was basic but adequate. The bathroom is OK. I liked the walk-in shower. The hotel bar seems busy in the evening. In short, the hotel is a functional option if baggage is not a problem.
