This one night stay was extension to our stay due to error in check out date . Packed breakfast was given as we need to start travel back home at 06:30.

Excellent value for money , clean air conditioned room , welcome water bottle & fruits , Egyptian breakfast , extremely courteous staff . We had error in checkout date , hotel staff extended their hospitality by letting us book another night at same price & same room . Very impressed with hotel staff .

Amenities

Is five stars for what it is. It's the nicest of the 5 hotels i stayed at in egypt, all budget quality. But it was also the loudest, including Cairo

Check-in was total chaos, because they could not pull up my reservation even after showing them my confirmation from Expedia. It took them almost 30 minutes to check me in. I had 2 rooms in the booking, and ultimately they gave me a small room as one of my rooms which is not what I had paid for. Bathroom was in a sad state and water would not remain confined within the shower box and mess up the bathroom floor.

The hotel is in a very run down condition. The rooms are in very poor condition. The area is noisy. Breakfast is inadequate. Check in took a very very long time. Very unpleasant condition

Good location, good breakfast. Friendly staff, specially Omnia at front desk who went the extra mile helping us. Very grateful to her.

Staff seemed nice

This place is a basic as it comes, no frills. Room is fine and everything is in good working order. The location is fine right in the heart of Aswan and next to the market. The breakfast is totally forgettable and we even skipped it on our final day. There is definitely room for improvement there.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel and unfortunately I never had hot water in the shower.
