My girlfriend stayed in Room 101, and the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment she arrived, the room felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was cold, damp, and uncomfortable, with a noticeable sense of moisture in the air throughout her stay. The room was also not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were spiders present, and the overall condition of the room appeared dirty and unhygienic. These issues alone would have been enough to raise serious concerns about the hotel's standards. The most worrying issue was the bed. Following her stay, my girlfriend developed numerous bites all over her body, leading us to believe there may have been bed bugs or another pest problem in the room. This was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable for any paying guest. Overall, Room 101 was cold, damp, dirty, and appeared to have a pest issue. The condition of the room fell far below what we expected, and I strongly urge management to investigate and address these problems immediately to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

This is a small boutique hotel with 8 rooms. It had a friendly staff, clean spacious, rooms, and it was located in a quiet and convenient location. Loved our stay and we would recommend!

Location was excellent, room was bigger than other area hotels, staff was very cooperative.

I stayed in the hotel on May 17, 2026 for one night. I was given a basement room with virtually no windows. I asked the manager that I made the reservation for standard double bedroom and not the basement. Receptionist told me the basement is the standard room ( basement had tunnel like window about 12“ x 12“). My wife being claustrophobic literally stayed till 10:30 PM on that Main Street so she does not have to look at the wall with no windows. Next morning we went to the reception for breakfast at 8:30 AM . the receptionist called the manager, who stated that breakfast was not in the reservation. I showed her the reservation which clearly stated it included breakfast for free (I paid higher price to make sure breakfast was included). I asked them what time is the breakfast? She said 8 AM. I told her it was 8:30 AM now. Then she called the manager again, who told us that the kitchens were not working today. We were just shocked. We left the hotel without any delay and had to find local restaurants for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I gave three stars for cleaning because the bed and two chairs were clean. I did not see any other area so I cannot tell.

Vivamente consigliato sia per la vicinanza alle principali attrattive della città sia per la gentilezza del personale. Risulta, inoltre, molto agevole da raggiungere direttamente dall'aeroporto visto che il tram/metro vi lascia a qualche centinaia di metri di distanza dall'albergo.

Excellent location. Good shower, good water pressure. Furniture and decor a bit old, but it didn't bother us. Some ambient noise can be heard in the rooms, but it's understandable considering the location.
