極佳 A cozy and welcoming hotel with an outstanding staff\. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful—from the front desk team to the restaurant staff\. They are always willing to assist and answer any questions with a smile\.
The location is excellent, the breakfast is outstanding, and the room was spotless, as was the bathroom\. The towels smelled wonderfully fresh, and the room had a pleasant, inviting fragrance that made the stay even more comfortable\.
I have traveled extensively, and I can honestly say this hotel has truly impressed me\. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay\.

Great and beautiful hotel. Location is OK, not the best if you want to visit the old city. I enjoyed walking around.
The rooftop is really great. The personal attentive too.
I would say that it lacked some very basics stuff: iron board, tissues, good lighting. The gym itself was standard, felt a bit dirty.
The drinks and food are good. I would recommend.

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The property is absolutely beautiful—every space, including the gym, is thoughtfully designed with a cozy yet stunning atmosphere.
What truly stood out was the service. Everywhere I went, I was greeted by name, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. I especially want to mention the gentleman who checked me in—I regret not remembering his name, but he went above and beyond, offering great tips about Montevideo and always greeting me with a warm smile.
I also enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the meals were consistently good. Combined with its excellent location, this made for a wonderful stay. I’m so glad I chose this hotel and would happily stay here again.
