Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh.

Hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night as had a stopover in Zurich.

This hotel does not have air conditioning. They wouldn't refund me even though I went to check out less than an hour from checking into a room different from what i paid for. Expedia went ahead and assisted them stealing from me.

It’s far from Zürich HB station and very old fashion hotel.

I don’t highly recommend this hotel to travelers as the hotel needed lots of update. The location is far from the city centre. Rooms are small and old.

They were wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

It was clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. My 3• was for a very tiny room, it was very cumbersome to use the bathroom sink, my head touched the overhead cabinet, when I bent my neck to brush my teeth. The ac minimally cooled at maximum. Was not a busy street.
