Service was exceptional. Front desk staff is probably the most helpful front desk staff I've ever encountered.
They helped plan tours, transportation, reservations to resturants - way better than big box hotel chains.
Resturant for dinner was really good too.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was very helpful and took the time to talk with you about your day and your plans, which made the experience seem much more personal. Breakfast was so good, and Fanchesco's cappuccinos kept us going for all the activities we had planned. This hotel is a little far to walk to the town center of Sorrento (for shopping and restaurants), but the frequent shuttle bus made that a non- issue for us.

The most beautiful location and such helpful staff. Spacious rooms! The shuttle into town was right on time! Best hotel breakfast we had. Nice pool too.

Great location. Amazing views. The rooms were clean, and very quiet at night. The breakfast and restaurant were good. We also enjoyed the public spaces and pool. Having the shuttle also made getting too and from downtown easy.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. The view is amazing. Was nice to have breakfast every morning, The shuttle is very nice and convenient, just make sure you plan your days knowing the shuttle times if you book for something.
Definitely recommend this place!
