Great place. Will book again.

Great place, clean and close to downtown. Showerhead could be more…. productive but all in all excellent!

The “barn” door fell

Great location away from the busy downtown. Parking garage was really handy, but

Automated check in without front desk was different, but fine once completed

Location was clean and very nice. The barn doors used for bathroom and bedroom have a large gap decreasing privacy and don't shut.

Clean space with a great kitchen, and everything needed to feel at home for 3 nights (laundry, coffee, fridge/frezer). We stayed Monday-Thursday and experienced music noise late overnight Wednesday but otherwise it was perfect a perfect place to grab a bus to downtown Nashville or head to east Nashville locations.

Traveled with a family of 5. Teen, 8, and 4 y/o. This place was perfect. We stayed 4 nights at the Gaylord Opryland which was a fabulous hotel but coming to this property was so much more comfortable with the amenities of home which I missed so much. Refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer was a game changer. The provided detergent too!! The location was great for us since we had rented a car we were able to get around to downtown and wherever we wanted to go which and easily. The airport was only 10 mins away as well. We didn’t get to check out the local bars since we were with our kids but they def seemed fun. Cute restaurants around that were not downtown. Bolton’s chicken was delicious. The only improvements I would want to see are the doors to the bedroom and bathroom don’t close all the way, as they’re farmhouse sliding style and the brita filter in the fridge did need to be changed but we just purchased our own water which worked just fine. Would def stay again!!!

I missed the memo about downloading the app for check-in, so that's on me. That being said, I had to call customer service a couple of times to get through to someone. Once they walked me through the app, I was good to go. The place is very clean and in a nice part of Nashville. The rooftop patio is a great place to relax with plenty of seating. The pull-out couch mattress was actually comfortable, which says a lot. Parking was an issue. The spaces are tight, and we had times where we could not park in the spots for the building and had to find street parking.

Room was very clean, looks just like the pictures. Location was perfect
