希爾頓啟繽精選圖森埃迪酒店 (The Eddy Hotel Tucson, Tapestry Collection By Hilton)

They have a restaurant and bar, nice pool/fitness center. The room was modern and the bed comfortable. It was also quiet and the staff were nice.

We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans and left with less than a hour to use the pool and jacuzzi upon our return. A beautiful small hotel but poor response to a simple problem.

We’ve stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. The Eddy has become our go-to hotel in Tucson.

Nice location

Loved the area / neighborhood that the hotel was located. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were exceptionally clean. Loved the decor / theme in the room. The AC was excellent - it was over 100° while we were visiting. The water pressure was great. The mattress was OK - a little hard for us and not very much cushion/padding. Great pillows - hotel pillows are usually flat and useless, these were actual pillows that you would purchase and use at your house.

It was awesome

The stay is what was needed

Room is clean and spacious, modern

Wonderful hotel--great pool area, beautiful rooms, very nice bar and restaurant, and friendly and helpful staff. I will be staying here on any future stays in Tucson.

Suzie at the bar/restaurant was amazing. My husband had the best sleep of his life.
