Just perfect for our needs

Clean, helpful staff, good location

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the room was clean and the staff were very good. They only thought I would say with it as there wasn’t a power socket by the bed, however, I did speak to a member of staff who gave me an extension lead. That solve the issue, fantastic service from them.

Great location,clean and staff very friendly

Everything was very good regarding the hotel close to centre, Clean room Why i gave amenities only fair is because no light or socket near the bed which meant phone was charging across the room unable to check time from bed as no clock . This might appear to be minor but the bathroom light or other light had to be left on encase if you have to get up in the night.

Perfect location, rooms small but everything that you'd need for a short stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was lovely, Britta water machine on each floor with a caraf provided in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took the bus and tram from the airport. This took us to within 4 minutes of the hotel. The bar and cafe served good value drinks. The hotel was very close to the main square. And, there is a fabulous cafe in the same building serving traditional polish fayre. We will stay here again next time we visit Krakow.
