I really liked staying in this with my family amazing service amazing food amazing staff the only downside is that the beach is far from the hotel

Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. Good location with clean spacious rooms. The breakfast if nice with slight variation each day. Staff are very professional and helpful with all enquiries. The beach is also walking distance from hotel.

Overall good, room had bad smell.

Overall, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the amenities were great, and the staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived one day later than planned due to a missed flight, and when we got there, they told us our reservation had been canceled even though we hadn’t canceled it. The staff took care of the situation right away, which we really appreciated. A few things could be improved. The room could have been cleaner — there was noticeable dust in the living room, especially under the couch. In the bathroom, we couldn’t use the overhead rain shower because it sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the bathroom trash can was broken. Also, there was no full-length mirror in the bedroom, which would have been helpful. Aside from these issues, the stay was comfortable overall.

Very enjoyable three days staying at this good hotel with clean room, very friendly and accommodating staffs from the porters, security guards, receptionists, and the dinning room staffs.
