En general bien. Recién llegamos a la habitación y no todo estaba limpio, habia polvito. Uno de los días hicieron mal el servicio de limpieza a la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas sucias y no dejaron el café de cortesía, aunque al día siguiente le comenté ese detalle a la mucama y me lo repuso ;)

I loved the stay with my family we enjoyed it.

The only thing that was a little bit of a disappointment was that the nightlife is either quite a bit of a walk from the hotel or an Uber ride of some kind. It is close to the amphitheater if you are attending an event there, but I was not. The hotel seems centrally located downtown - but I found out there was nothing close by within walking distance that was worthy of visiting or checking out - none of that is to the discredit of the hotel staff and the facility. The hotel itself was great - from the restaurant to the romantic setting around the pool deck; it was all wonderful. The views from the upper floors (4th and up) are spectacular.

Great hotel, clean and well located. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable. I always stay here when visiting Monterrey. Highly recommend it.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The location was very convenient, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I was especially impressed by the facilities and the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and exceeded my expectations.

It was a great hotel with a clean and modern amenities. Breakfast was fantastic even when the things were not on the display, we asked for avocados and they served us. A perfect stain that Hotel we use the gym facilities as well. It was very nice. Very modern. Enjoyed the state fully.
