The air condition unit was not working well. The thermostat will not go below 75. Other than that, I recommend this hotel for proximity to the park entrance and a small town experience.

Great hotel near yellowstone west entrance! Breakfast was the same every morning but still ok.

West Yellowstone it’s a small outdated town and it’s hard to find a decent hotel so this means that you overpay for a mediocre hotel. If I had paid half of the price of what I paid, I would probably have no complaints but because it’s so overpriced, you are expectations are a little bit higher. The pros are location is great. It’s in the middle of town walking distance to tons of restaurants shops in five minutes away from Yellowstone Park entrance. Oh, and breakfast is actually really good too bad is only till 9 AM. The cons are the first the rooms are dated the first room we got smelled like a cheap motel. It had a massive leak in the bathroom and they actually had to change his rooms. This was incredibly difficult because everything in town was sold out. They were actually really helpful in trying to accommodate us however, it shows the age and quality of the hotel.

5 night's stay, wonderful staying experience, breakfast was good with options of hot and cold options, and our room was always tidy when we return from Yellowstone. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool every day after long trip from Yellowstone.

We had stayed in several hotels on our vacation from the Tetons up into Yellowstone. This hotel was the best. It was super clean and breakfast was great.
