Great spot.

Great service and location. Room has a great view, tidy, clean and new. We all love there. Super recommended. I will choose there next time as well.

Great spot helpful staff

We had a two bedroom apartment for a week and this was a great location for the beach and Broadbeach shops and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable. A little noisey early morning as there is a construction site across the road but we were up early most mornings. No sun on the balcony but maybe as we chose an ocean view room and it’s also winter.

Rooms are small for a family compared to other Gold Coast properties.

Had a great stay at Encore Broadbeach. Amazing views from our apartment and the facilities were great. Loved that the apartment had beach/pool towels and a tote bag for us to use. Also had a clothes horse for drying clothes. Kids already want to go back!

This was a great find and will be rebooking again for next year. The apartment has everything you want including a coffee maker. Plenty of room to move and great quality comfortable lounges. Bed was kingsize and comfortable, not saggy or super soft. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and you have access to the Sauna, pool, spa and BBQ area which is well appointed along with a small gym. The room is serviced daily.

Cleanliness could be vastly improved. The floor was sticky, and when we tried to wipe it after dripping some water on the floor, the wipes came up black. Housekeeping is bare minimum (literally only changing of towels and making of beds), and they didn't even do that well. We had two rooms, and they only changed the towels in one on one of the nights. When we discovered that we were short of towels, there was no way to contact anyone because the front desk was closed, and there was no phone in the room to call anyone. Stay if you don't care about cleanliness.
