Lovely room, lovely staff- couldn’t do more for you, very good breakfast - lots of selection plus à la carte. Great location, right on the beach. Separate kids pool to adults. Very chilled out.

Such a wonderful, tranquil resort. The staff are so kind and attentive, the service is outstanding, and the grounds are so well maintained. The beach and loungers are perfect and the waters are calm. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star experience at a quieter part of the island!

My stay at the Sala Samui Choengmon Beach was nothing short of exceptional . From the moment I arrived, everything was immaculate—every detail thoughtfully considered, every space beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere effortlessly stylish yet welcoming. The staff truly made the experience outstanding. Warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. Nothing ever felt forced; their hospitality felt natural and sincere, which made all the difference. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, vibrant, and impeccably maintained. Rooms were spotless, comfortable, and luxurious, with a perfect balance of elegance and personality. Every interaction, from check-in to departure, reflected a high level of care and excellence. This resort sets the bar incredibly high. If you’re staying in Koh Samui and want a resort experience that feels special, refined, and joyful all at once, this is absolutely the place. My wife and I stayed there 4 nights middle of December 2025. The resort itself is very nice. The employees are incredible. A couple things I noticed compared to another 5 star resort we stayed while on our vacation was top management didn’t come around to check on their guests. Sure it’s minor but at other resort it did make us feel wanted. We are huge beach goers and with Sala’s location the beach is small (meaning narrow from the top of the beach to the water line) which is no fault of Sala just the way it’s situated due to the location. The last thing I’d say is the food is a bit pricey. Being from CA we’re used to things being pricey but you would think being in Thailand even at a resort it would be a noticeable difference but not here. Sure there’s plenty of choices outside the resort where you can get a lot of value for the dollar. The accommodation value is good. Our Sala room was very nice and enjoyed the entire outside bathroom area it was different and cool.

The overall stay is excellent. The only downside is the limited offer on the restaurant (only one restaurant) and the breakfast service were not good at all.

Great hotel with outstanding service

We had an amazing time at Sala Samui. It’s beautifully located on the beach and all the staff are just so lovely. Special shout out to Oom who always went above and beyond!
