Good location

Great and spacious rooms. Great and attentive service. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is spotless and so beautiful and peaceful. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They go above and beyond. I recommend.

Staff, location

This hotel fits perfectly what they advertise. Very helpful staff good location on the sunday market street... a bit noisy as a consequence but manageable.

We stayed while we visited Chiang Mai. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter arrived at the hotel first (after my flight was delayed). They looked after her and arranged for a hotel driver to come and collect me the next day. While staying there, there was an earthquake and again the hotel staff were wonderful.

Greta place to stay! Central location and the staff there were amazing. Clean hotel with an amazing onsite restaurant.

We looked at 6-10 places for our trip to Chiang Mai. This was the best choice after we crusted the other two places during our stay. The team here were great, and the hospitality was top notch. The whole place was spotless even after the rain. The spa was great and the restaurant attached is a must eat! The food there was great and one of the better places over the weeks we stayed in Thailand. Book this!!

The friendly service and serene atmosphere of this hotel is 15 out of 10. We were upgraded to a room that was more like an apartment with three rooms and a private outdoor eating area. The lovely pool was just steps away. And the location was perfect in the old city with major sites an easy walk.

Excellent location particularly for the Sunday market- right at front door. Hotel breakfast was fantastic with great service. Good location for local restaurants.
