no very clean

Hotel itself was felt a bit old however the staff (especially the front desk staff) were fantastic! Extremely kind, courteous, professional and helpful. I liked the location as it was close too the metro station which allowed me to go to the locations which I needed to. Many electronics stores and eateries as well.

The hotel in general is very old, the room is not clean the shower and the toilet has very bad smell unfortunatel I regret to book this terrible hotel, it's not recommend at all

The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t face any issues. The breakfast was simple—nothing fancy—but perfectly reasonable for the price. The location is decent; A lot of shops around and a bit of a walk to the metro, but doable. The hotel offers a good range of amenities, and overall provides solid value for money. We would recommend for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

Overall was comfortable with a few small resolved and none resolved issues which could be forgettable and understandable due to none very important issues.

Good Service

The hotel was clean and located near shopping areas which was ideal from me and my family to pick up souvenirs and other necessities. Great location.
