Nice hotel. Conveniently located, altho the area certainly was a busy one. Room was small, but we were really only there for sleeping anyway. The bed was comfortable. Did not partake of the breakfast, so no comment on that.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love everything about this stay. Kind staff, clean room, near the train station. Super walkable to all the main sites as well. Best location! I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, free water!

很好與家人同行
We stayed 3 nights here a week ago and overall had a good experience. The best part is the location. We walked to all the important areas of Florence from the hotel. There are excellent restaurants nearby. Not all staff is friendly. Charles was was the one who checked us in and he was not friendly. The woman called Edi was very nice. If you do stairs , don’t stay here. Room was clean. Beds were hard. It’s super close to the train station. I think charging extra for the little breakfast they offer is cheap of them. This hotel gets the job done but full of perks.
